This website uses no cookies. None: neither ours nor third-party, neither technical nor profiling. That is why we do not ask you to accept anything.

Why there is no banner

A cookie banner exists to collect consent. If a site stores nothing on your device and does not follow you from page to page, there is no consent to collect — and a banner appearing anyway would be a pointless nuisance.

We built the site deliberately so that this is true: the typefaces are hosted on our own servers rather than Google's, the map on the contact page is drawn by us rather than embedded from an outside service, and there is no analytics of any kind. The result is that, while you read this, your browser contacts no other website.

What stays on your device

Nothing about you. Your browser keeps the pages and images it has already downloaded so it need not fetch them again: that is the ordinary cache, your browser manages it and you can clear it from its own settings. It is not a cookie and holds no information about you.

When you leave

The booking buttons lead to the booking engine, which is an external site with its own rules; the same is true of the links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Until you press them, those services receive nothing. After that, their notices apply.

If this ever changes

Should we ever introduce a tool that uses cookies, this page would be updated first and a consent request would appear, with the option to refuse without losing the use of the site.
