This website sets no cookies, does not profile you and shares your data with nobody. Below is the full account of what actually happens while you are here.

Who processes the data

The site is built and maintained by CDS Informatica S.r.l.s. (Biella, Italy, VAT 02762750020), acting as data processor and hosting the servers in Italy.

What we collect

Only what any web server records in order to work and to defend itself: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system. These are the ordinary server logs. We do not use them to study visitor behaviour and we do not combine them with anything else.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose, and in any case no longer than 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.

Nothing else is collected. There are no forms to fill in, no sign-up, no accounts. If you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, that message is handled by whoever receives it, in order to reply: it does not pass through the website.

Cookies and measurement tools

None. The site sets no cookies of any kind, neither its own nor third-party ones, and uses no Google Analytics or other statistics or tracking system. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. More on this on the cookies page.

External services

These pages are built entirely by our own servers. The only exceptions, all stated here:

• The apartment photographs are served from CDS Informatica's servers (bedzzle-hk.it), which acts as processor on our behalf. They stay within our own suppliers: this is not a third party.
• The booking engine is an external site (bookpage.io, operated by Smartness). You only reach it by pressing a booking button, and from that point their notice applies, not this one.
• WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook appear only as links. Until you click them, those services receive nothing and do not know you are here.

Where the data goes

The servers hosting the site are in Italy. We transfer no data outside the European Union, and we do not sell, lend or disclose it to third parties, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing or object to it (Art. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@milanroyalsuites.com and we will answer within a month. If you believe something is wrong you may contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).
